  4. Esteem: As the leader make sure that you empower your employees, give them public praise when necessary. Have different employee recognition programs and try to make sure that you let all the employees know that their job matters in the company.
  5. Self-actualization: Give your employees that chance to think big and to be creative. Allow them to have a vision for the future and have a direct link to the senior leadership.
