It’s almost criminal: we create beautiful decorated Easter eggs (dyed, painted, embellished) and then they begin to rot. Oh, we keep them for as long as we can. We try our best to ignore the (awful) smell… but finally we’re forced to throw them away. Tragic!
We suggest spending the time to empty out your eggs before you decorate them. Blowing out eggs requires a little patience and finesse but is well worth it. If stored in a dry place, clean, blown-out eggs will last a lifetime. Put them on display year after year and marvel at all that hard work!
