Just when our Royal Baby fever had begun to die down, little George just had to go and make his first official debut in the most disarming family photo ever. And just like Will gushed during the press conference outside of St. Mary’s hospital, the little Prince is just as adorable as his mommy.
As predicted, Will and Kate have eschewed the usual prim family portraits in favor of a low-key photo shoot in the Middleton garden in Berkshire with new grandpa Michael Middleton behind the lens. We can’t get over how gorgeous and down-to-earth Kate Middleton, Prince Will, George (and let’s not forget Lupo) look in this sun-bathed setting. Wills, in his casual blue gingham button-down, and Kate, in a flattering purple V-neck dress that brings out the flush in the new mommy’s cheeks, look just like any first-time parents—a little fatigued, as betrayed by the bags under their eyes, but deliriously happy.
The little prince, wrapped in a lacy white blanket, is doing what babies do best—catching a snooze. We were hoping Kate and Will would bring their signature, personal touch to their first family photos, and we were not disappointed. Now we’re dying for the next batch!
