This generous green space located in Battery Park City has it all: state-of-the art playground, views of the Hudson River, and beautifully planted, well-tended gardens. The Parks department keeps the roster full with an outdoor concert series and fun activities for kids almost any day of the year. TriBeCa-based mom of three Stacy Karp says, “my family loves coming here, and the views are spectacular.” The park’s best asset may be its downtown location, which offers unique views of the entire city. With plenty of room for picnics, music, and play, Rockefeller Park is practically perfect.
