Nicole Richie’s Gingerbread Cookie Recipe Is a Holiday Hit

Just about everyone and their mama has hopped on the gluten-free train in Tinseltown, but nobody does it with quite as much flair as Nicole Richie. The 32-year-old mother of two is so serious about her diet that she’s even rapped about making wheatless spaghetti. But that doesn’t mean she won’t indulge her sweet tooth from time to time.

For Christmas, Richie’s baking her favorite holiday treat with a twist. Not only is she kicking the gluten from her gingerbread cookies, but she’s also replacing the processed sugar with ginger, cinnamon, and molasses for sweetness. Warning: Your kids aren’t gonna want to share these bad boys.
