Development may still be underway, but this recently opened park is already teeming with weekend visitors. We love the waterfront promenade, volleyball courts, and the historic Jane’s Carousel, which has been impeccably restored since its creation in 1922. Today, the fully functional merry-go-round is housed in a glass pavilion designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel.
