Alisan Fine Arts is a contemporary gallery in downtown Hong Kong. Founded in 1981, it was one of the city’s first. Alisan holds a special place in the heart of Hong Kong mom, Leigh Tung Cho: “Alisan is run by my aunt Alice King and her daughter Daphne King Yao. It is one of the most established galleries in Hong Kong and represents first generation Chinese Contemporary Artists such as Zao Wu Ki,” she says. The gallery is also part of a wider arts intitiative, coordinating exhibitions for Chinese artists in galleries and museums around the world.
