I LOVE PARIS BECAUSE: Good schools, lots of parks, and wonderful museums.

Maison du Caviar

The crowd here is every bit as fabulous as the osetra. In addition to its namesake offering, the maison boasts such other tasty plates as magret of duck with pink peppercorn sauce and (what locals say is) Paris’ best saumon fumé.

Carette

We love the pastries at this elegant art deco patisserie at the Place du Trocadéro. With its candy-filled jars and cases of perfect pastel confections, we think Madame Carette, whose portrait hangs on the wall, would agree. We’re equally in love with Carette’s second location in the Place des Vosges!

Palais de Tokyo

Every month, thanks to the Modules Fondation Pierre Bergé and Yves Saint Laurent, the Palais de Tokyo invites three young artists (aged 25-30) to interpret the spaces dedicated to the program as part of an authentic laboratory to promote young French talent.
