Carla Sozzani—sister of Vogue Italia editor in chief Franca Sozzani—founded 10 Corso Como in 1990 as a physical experience of a magazine, with the gallery and bookshop at its core. Soon after, it expanded to include a high-end fashion boutique, café, and a small hotel.
